The problem: traditional bandages are not adapted to self-bandaging and homecare

The use of elastic/inelastic bandages is one of the pillars in the management of veno-lymphatic conditions but it remains limited to an application by "trained staff" (international recommandations)

This means, by definition, that traditional bandaging systems are not adapted to self-bandaging. As far as homecare is concerned, the workload of healthcare professionals and their frequent lack of training are often a problem. A German study (K. Protz) showed that with traditional short-stretch bandages, only 10% of healthcare professionals reached the target compression (50-60 mmHg) and that the values of compression measured ranged from 3 to 172 mmHg !

The solution : an hybrid bandage

The Fast'n Go® range has been developed specifically for self-bandaging and homecare by allowing an easy, fast, and safe application that meets the fundamental needs of patients and healthcare professionals:

Fast'n Go bandage is washable and re-usable

Having to wear continuously your traditional bandages for long periods of time (24 hours and up to 7 days) is disturbing you in your daily life.

The application simplicity of Fast'n Go bandage allows you to remove it when you want (shower, shopping, ...) and to re-apply it easily and quickly. Moreover, do not forget that each re-application will allow you to start again from the maximum efficiency when it is known that bandages lose on average 50% of their compression power after 2 hours.
